Subject: Converting Chessmaster book to *.ctg?

I've tried using FGCRWNEW to convert CM9000.OBK to a CM9000.FBK but couldn't get
it to work? Has anyone managed to convert to a *.ctg? If so....how?

I did it somehow with CM8000 as I have a ctg of that, just don't remember how?
