What I am implying is that:

1) The rating list has errors because all programs don't get to play "Equal
number" of games, with "same opponent".
Some play more games (with lower rated or higher rated) players, some plays less
games           ( "    "    "          "    "    ).
That effects the rating list, if you consider the differance in rating between
program 1,2,3..., which is not -very big-.

2)Shredder6 can easily be top, if it gets to play any lower rated program such
as crafty, since there is no rules as to which program gets to play which
program how many times (there is no such rule in SSDF AFAIK).

Why not all the programs be lower rated... there is no rules.

ps, I am not trying to imply that SSDF list is BAD, but what I am trying to say
is that tere seems to be a mistake in the method.
I too enjoy the rating list as much as most others. ;)
