 As I said before, within certain limits it doesn't play any significant rule.

Any lower rated? I still don't get why that should be a fact. Lower or higher
rated has nothing to do with it.

BTW, SSDF avoids games where the difference in the players ratings are very big.
100 ELO is however well within that limit.

Lower or higher rated has nothing to do with it. The number one in the list has
to play only lower rated and that doesn't make any difference.
