Albert Elis the father of Rational emotional therapy would characterize your " you need " statement as irrational and would identify you as controling. Just something I learned with my masters dagree while leaning english (my third Language), however since completing my 2nd PhD in Psychotherapy I could have forgot somthing. However, please if you have a need to teach me something in punctuation go right ahead I dont want to stop you working out some issues.
