The effects of a stroke is very individual and will quite often change your whole personality. If not, it will at least change your life to an extent that is hard to imagine and the time to recover physically and mentally (if possible) will go through a variety of phases. If you didn't know that this guy suffered from a stroke the original post is understandable but now you know. Peter
