It is also possible to say thank you also after losing a game because you
learned from the game to play better.

Usually players say nothing after winning a game but
I remember more than one case when a player apologized for winning a game.

I do not see why you need to talk so much about this guy.

The fact that his behaviour can be explained by the fact that he suffered a
stroke does not mean that his behaviour is a reason to go to prison or to
hospital.
