That's true to a certain extent. The problem is that there's a Ubisoft representative present, which is being (mis)used to the extreme compared to other software IMO. One thing is helping people get the most of their software. Another is computer trivia, eg. "Which graphic cards are supported?", "The strange disc doesn't fit in my floppy drive. What should I do?" or "Will a Philips monitor increase the playing strength and is 17" enough (for chess)?".
