Tinker's static evaluation is -.24, which is good for black, despite being a pawn down. Tinker's eval is asymmetric, especially some king safety terms, so as it happens, the static eval if white is set on move is -1.31 (better for black). This is also one of those positions where the score bounces around a lot between odd and even plys: ply score 6 0.21 7 0.87 8 0.50 9 1.22 10 0.60 11 1.17 (all favoring black).
