HOWEVER. If you'd like to keep your CPU for any extended period of time you'll want to keep it in the 40-50C range. Coolerguys.com seems to have a nice selection of heatsinks available. It has good performance, relatively cheap and doesn't require you to remove your motherboard to install it. P4-1.6A's usually overclock to 2.2-2.4GHz, so with a new cooler you should be able to push it up quite a bit. If you have the older P4 (non-northwood) you're pretty close to your maximum now. Also, make sure you have some good thermal compound. Arctic Silver 3 is pretty nice stuff. If you have any questions just email me and I'll help you with whatever I can.
