Capablanca fared much better in this tourney - confirming there is some randomness in these tourneys with sometimes unexpected results. My own beloved Crafty 17.16 SE (Crafty GM) fared much worse in this tourney. Again run on dual 1.7 Ghz Xeon under WIN2K, Ponder on (each engine has its own CPU). Grailmaster is the imported CM8K winboard engine based on CM8K with Grailmaster 3.0 settings. "Byrne" is custom CM9K personality that was in large based on the CM9K GM personality "Korchnoi". Korchnoi also did very well in the first tournament yesterday. All games "Game/5" CM8000 is the standard CM8K engine, imported into CM9K as winboard engine. Chessmaster is the standard CM9K "chessmaster".
