Actually SP1 for Windows XP fixes almost every issue I had with the latest OS.

I was surprised to find out just how many fixes they put into this one. It also
seems to be aimed at home users as well as IT professionals. That is more than
welcome to me.

They are changing the way that they are doing things, since Windows 2000 the aim
seems to be for stability and reliability. Nothing is perfect.
