When you have 2 big event running simultaneously, the sponsers of the tournaments won't get as much coverage as they would have otherwise expected to have. Most likely both organizers of the tournament discussed the matter like grown ups and decided to have it at differant times. Since fritz-Kramnik was announced first, the other party decided to change their dates. pavs
