Sorry Fernando but I disagree with your assessment of the situation.  I still
have not seen CM9K available at any stores near me but I have had the program
for 2 weeks now.  I simply ordered it from the internet (not Ubisoft).  If you
want it you will find a way to get it.  If not, why cry about it here?
