I am very sad to hear this. However, I must say that the product is not yet
available outside North America at all. It should start shipping in Europe in a
few days (even though, yes, Amazon.UK has been allowing preorders for it for
several weeks now).

The problems are twofold:

1) No major dealer that UbiSoft sells CM9000 to ships to South America. I was
specifically told by a salesperson to forward anybody outside the US to Amazon.
Unfortunately, Amazon will not ship software to South America. I have not yet
heard a response/solution to this problem.
Also, I have mentioned to the powers-that-be that I receive several e-mails per
week from people in Australia, India, the Far East and Africa asking how to get
CM9000. Amazon does not ship to ANY of these places. Clearly, this is a problem
that must be resolved.

2) As mentioned above, the program is not yet (physically) available outside
North America. However, it EVENTUALLY will be. The European version was held up
because they wanted to use a different registration program. Our manufacturing
timelines ALWAYS take into account North America first, then Europe. After that,
certain regions MAY start to get the product, depending on how much the regional
salespeople are interested in selling it (which hopefully accurately reflects
how much people in that region want it -- but this is not always the case).

All I can say (or ask) is that you be patient for a few months. If, after that,
you are still unable to get the program, then contact me and I'm sure we will be
able to work something out.
