As expected, Chessmaster 9000 does well. On a PIII-600, it finds all of them. It
also finds all of them in less than one second except for:

BWTC.544 (0:12)
BWTC.548 (1:08)
BWTC.632 (0:03)
BWTC.702 (0:14 -- but with Rf5+ and Mate in 9. Is that better than Qh5+?)
BWTC.911 (0:05 -- but with Qf6 and Mate in 8. Is that better than Rf8+?)
BWTC.958 (less than one second, but Qd7 is also Mate in 2)
BWTC.960 (less than one second, but Rxa5 is also Mate in 2)
