I'm not sure if this is a broadcast or it is played through ICC.
If it is a broadcast, then it's normal to let all watch the main board with the
game but only let members observe a 'copy' board where GM's comment/analyze.

There was some talk about this a few years back and since then, this have been
their policy.

If it is arranged by ICC then they of course could do what they want.

If you don't have used your free 7-days trial the latest 4 month you can allways
use this.
