Wow, even I'm impressed! I'm assuming you used Chessmaster 8000 for this,
because Chessmaster 9000 never announces Mate in 14. This is on a PIII-600:

The Chessmaster recommends: Rook takes pawn.

Analysis: Your rook captures pawn, which threatens mate (queen takes pawn),
attacks Black's pawn at h6, and isolates Black's pawn at h6. Black responds by
moving queen to b6, which protects Black's pawn at h6. You move your rook to g6,
which threatens mate (queen takes pawn) and forks Black's queen and Black's pawn
at h6. Black counters with queen takes rook, which removes the threat on Black's
pawn at h6. Your knight captures queen, which quadruple-forks Black's king,
Black's pawn at e5, Black's rook at f8, and Black's pawn at h6. Black responds
by moving the king to g7, which moves it out of check and protects Black's pawn
at h6. You move your rook to g1. Black counters with the bishop to g4, which
attacks your pawn at f3. Your knight captures pawn, which pins Black's bishop,
removes the threat on your pawn at f3, and isolates Black's pawn at f7. Black
counters by moving the rook to d8, which seizes the open file. Your queen takes
bishop, which checks Black's king. Black responds by moving king to f6, which
moves it out of check and attacks your knight. Your knight captures pawn, which
threatens to mate (queen to e6), forks Black's pawn at h6 and Black's rook at
d8, and creates a passed pawn on f3. Black replies by moving rook to d1, which
checks your king. Your king takes rook, which threatens to mate (queen to e6).
Black replies by moving knight to g7, which takes the knight away from the edge
of the board. You move your queen to g6, which checks Black's king. Black is
forced to move king to e7, which moves it out of check. You move your queen to
d6, which skewers Black's king and forks Black's king and Black's pawn at c5.
Black is forced to move king to e8, which moves it out of check. You move your
queen to d8, which checkmates Black's king.

You can force checkmate in 11 moves.
