The new Gandalf 3 does about 3-4 times as many nps as the old Gandald 2.1.
It is now a "modified nullmover", and does typically 22-25.000 nps on a i200MMX.

Gandalf 3 will be on the next SSDF-list in september. So far it looks like the
program itself has been greatly improved, maybe 300 ratingpoints or so, not
counting the hardware difference.
