What is real, score from Nimzo2000b, or from Fritz?

In the fallow position (Nimzo won) Fritz 7 says only this (My WbNimzo says here
+5 for him!!):

Fritz 7 - wbnimzo2000b

[D]1k6/1p5p/2pq2p1/2Q1p3/8/R3PP1P/3r2P1/3r1BK1 w - - 0 1

I cannot belive, that this analysis from Fritz 7 are real ! In last position, I
think, it is an Nullmove-BUG !
