No! As I wrote, I didn't get to the point to select master/slave in Fritz!

Not tried yet. I will try several constellations Fritz<->CP<->Shredder Classic
at the weekend.

No, WB-engines in general don't interest me much. Only TheKing resp. Chessmaster
is interesting for me. And I have a book for Chessmaster for Fritz- and Shredder
Classic-GUI but not for Chesspartner, from which I also dont know whether CM
runs there as UCI or not. So even if CM runs in CP, there is still something
messing up with the opening books.
