Sorry, but I have not heard that myself.  However, it would be a common
assumption based on past events on ICC, such as le petite, et al.  But I
have not heard that at all.  In fact, I had not heard the name ruffian until
a couple of posts here recently.  Of course I don't read everything that goes
on here so I might have missed a couple of prior comments about it...

My time on ICC has been somewhat limited of late, with other things "in the
fire" here...  But I will get back there more regularly soon...
