Lawrence, I was the guy that posted about this previously. I think the response at the time was that win2k was switching tasks between the two CPUs. It has nothing to do with the application. So this is a windows issue, and not a CM9000 issue. In my example, I was using an application that was not enabled for dual CPUs (Matlab). I noticed that both CPUs were being used under NT. I can't remember whether it was 100% or 50% though. Bob
