Indeed. And it's even possible that there are people (for whatever reason) who's
aim is to put commercials programmers out of business as Uri fears ..
With this goal in mind, he would release the exe, but say nothing about the new
ideas in it..

Not very unusual. Kind of a trend nowdays for strong ametuers to release exe but
not the source..
