Yes you are right for the Lokasoft Chesspartner GUI. What Frank asked is if CT15
(the engine) is UCI or WB compatible.

The answer is no. It is a dll-file as CT14 was.
Date of the dll is 15th of September 2002. The Version id of the dll is 5.2.0.21
