Hi,

not do to with finance their life Thorsten.
The programmers can also finance their life (a little bit better) if he added
standards in his engines.

Example:
How many German users buy a Chessmaster 9000 for playing under ChessBase GUIs or
other GUIs. The group of persons is not big but bigger with time. The
Chessmaster team for sell more CDs and also all others with added standards in
his engines.

How many persons would buy a WB/UCI Hiarcs 8?
Do you think that Hiarcs 8 compatible to standards is not interesting?
It's more intesting, more users have interest to buy this software.

Best
Frank
