Subject: is Lokasoft a legit company?

I only ask because I placed an online order earlier today for the upgrade to
tiger 15 for owners of rebel 11, and even though my credit card account was
charged immediately for the order, after 1 hour I have yet to receive the email
with the link for the download.

I have had trouble free dealings with Ed and Rebel in the past, but this is my
first transaction with Lokasoft, and so far, I am not a happy camper.
