In principle it is possible to have the CT14 engines co-exist with the CT15 engines, however there may be some specific install/uninstall scenarios where you loose the CT14 engines. In that case some manual steps are required to reinstall them again. If you still have the engines on your disk, than you can simply regerister them by using the engine wizard.
