The fact that under ERT engines always use engine books and should not be
effected by the GUI settings is good news!
If someone could confirm that the moves played are not in ct.tbk that would be
useful.
ct.tbk is shown in the CP GUI in the listbox but I dont know if that is the file
it is expecting so it is displayed and then because it can't find the file, some
other book is being used.
I have done a directory listing of my RebelTigerII install location:

This is from dos so no hidden file types etc.
If I have to re-install should I uninstall first?
I have saved all patches and updates downloaded so these can be re-applied.
