Hi, 7 French programs with a GUI (Shredder 5) for marketing. Shredder 5 was not clear but in this time we have contacts to Stefan. An interesting idea because a French department store have also the biggest interest on this CD. So we try it and a big group of French programmers have also interest to help us (I have very good contact to this programmer after a long time - first time with Djordje Vidanovic -). Hugues MAGNIER work on a learning option in Pharaon. Now you can find Pharaon by Franck ZIBI and Hugues MAGNIER als on the webpage by ChessBase. No words about the very nice school project by Hugues. The reason is for sure ChessBase have no information about this school project. Peter, you have no further information about the ideas from the WinBoard Edition III so you can not speaking about this project. And I have no interest to explain all. What you wrote here are bubbles not more. The link is one of my information in this time, I added x information in WinBoard Edition III development forum and on my webpages, Gambit-Soft webpages (I work here also, webpage by Gambit-Soft). Right is, that different programmers have no interest to make a big profit with the WB Edition III (also Gambit-Soft). An example is AnMon by Christian BARRETEAU. OK, later have Gambit-Soft problems with other things, I have now more information. So I wrote an E-Mail to the programmers which are help in development and worte that the WinBoard Edition III project is out. I asked for a free download all of this programmers. My problem is that I have problems to get 7 French programs. So I asked the programmer Ruy Lopez, Tao, Leila and other programmers ... And that is the reason for me to added Nejmet, AnMon and Dragon as partner programs in Arena Setup (I asked Martin Blume and the programmes). Different programmers give here engines for free and I cann't more doing (to speak with the programmers) after the situation with Gambit-Soft. I hope this are enough information. I will add more information in CCC and will not longer thinking on the WinBoard Edition CD. Best Frank
