The whole point of what I wrote is that reportedly, it is NOT dangerous to overclock the Celeron-A to 450 mhz. In fact, if you go to www.tomshardware.com, you will see that he has done a number of tests overclocking the Celeron-a to 450 mhz, and has had no problems with chip instability. The theory I've heard is that the Celeron-A is actually underclocked when it is set to 300 mhz -- supposedly it is manufactured using the same processes as the P II, and can easily handle 450 mhz.
