Subject: Ruffian: console mode and TC

Hi,

I tried to run ruffian on an old comp in console mode
(my faster compsa re all running linux, so I have to wait
anyway for the linux version), as I did not have interface
on it.
The console seems to be quite usable, but I was incapable
setting up time controls properly.
With the typical xboard commands I did not really achieve much,
even in 40 120 0 TC ruffian seems to move quite quickly.

I am even not sure if ruffian runs its own clock internally or
relies on time information given by the interface ...

any ideas?
BTW, has anyone a list of possible console commands for ruffian?
I found out a few but I am sure it is not complete at all ...

As I intend to try it under linux later I am sure I would run it in command
mode (personally favoured by me)

Many greetings,

Ralph
