Subject: dealing with timeouts !

how do most of the testers/members of this forum deal with timeouts when
autoplaying on 2 computers? i get this quite frequently and dont know how to
prevent/minimize this problem. also how do most testers deal with the scoring in
such a situation, besides maually playing through the game!
