There is no function to "mark" specific games. The easyest way to get
the same effect is to creat a empty database and then use drag/drop
to copy the games you want to analyse into the empty database.

The Analyse Games function stores the analysed games in a output database
which you have to select with the wizard.

This is one of those features that have been on our list for a long time.
Unfortunately we had not yet the time to implement it.

I just tried it here and as it does include the scores for alternative lines.
