The solution works with the native drivers of the Smartboard (Software: Chessica, Tascbase, Hiarcs?), but not the driver-kit, they use in CM 6000, Shredder Classic; Millenium). I am not a programmer, but it seems the problem is the vxd-driver. This kind of driver is used in Win 95 - Win 98. It seems there is no solution without a software engineer..
