On ICC, you can add time to your opponent's clock, up to 999 seconds at once.
So type "more 900" 4 times to add an hour.  Autoflag should be off, as the
player might make the time control, but the clock could expire before the time
was added.

45 30 (start with 45 minutes, add 30 seconds after each move) would give 60
minutes for the first 30 moves, 75 minutes for the first 60 moves.  2 120 gives
122 minutes for the first 60 moves.
