It ran on a normal 1-cpu machine. Deep Fritz would definitely be stronger. Assuming that it gets around 1.7x boost from the dual cpu machine, that would turn into a big enough gain to boost it to the top of the list... It only needs 25 points. almost 2x faster would be more than enough to produce that...
