Menue/Engines/Install and select engines

Menue/File/Fisher Random Chess or better Shuffle Chess
No engines supported castling options for Fisher Radom / FullChess

Menue/Engines/Engine-engine match (F9)

under options in this dialog (Startposition: Fisher chess).

This is the questions!
Arena send FEN (see PGN files) but no engine supported so far this new option.
But it comes, I am sure.

We start to this topic long discuss in our support forum for 2-3 weeks.
