This is not what I said.

120/40 is not the same of 3 minute per move for players with bad time management
and I know that they are players with bad time management.

I also did not say that 2 minutes gives better play than 120/40
I only said that it is the case for part of the players.

I am not going to continue to reply.
If you cannot understand my post then it is not my problem.
