Recently I received an interesting letter comparing Virtual Kasparov (for the GBA) with the new GBA version of ChessMaster. Now having received Eric Fauman's permission, I've included his letter on my "Handheld Chess Overview" web page. Just point your web browser to: http://home.earthlink.net/~kantack/lcdchess/overview.htm Then scroll down a bit until you see "New Programs for the Nintendo GameBoy Advance".
