I looked at the time to ply and the CPU utilisation as anything less than 99/100% is due to waiting on disk. Look at move 126 (searching only the move played in the game) this is the second search and should have enabled the program to settle down and window to have populated the disk cache with the TB's rather than what ever was run prior to each individual test.
