59...Qf3+ probably only draws. 62.Kc3 looses but the right answer is 62.e5!

Lines:

62...Nxe5 (forced)63.Rf1 g2 (63...f2 64.Raxf2 gxf2 65.Rxf2 Rg3+ 66.Kc2 and black
has an extra pawn, but with the bishop and the rook white should be able to
draw) 64.Rg1 Rg3 65.Rf2 Rh3 66.Ka2 Rh1 =
