I haven't a Windows XP system. I'm using the ChessPartner 5.1 GUI, delivered with Gandalf 5, and the newest WinBoard adapter without problems on my Windows 2000 Pro machine. I simply add a new engine in the Engine Wizard and use it afterwards in the ChessPartner GUI. Seems, you have to contact Lex Loep from Lokasoft about your problem. Regards, Manfred
