Positions in which all the pawns are blocked, are indeed rare. However there
frequently arise positions in which no prograss can be mady, thus they are
"dynamic blockades". I remember Shay recently showed me such a game in which
Junior failed to detect the draw. Has it detected it, it wouldn't have stepped
into that variation, but would have chosen an alternative winning one.
