Subject: How do i convert a CBH game into a PGN in Chessbase GUI?

I'am using Hiarcs 7.32 and want to convert the CBH game into a PGN so i will be
able to show the game here! I know it can be done as i did this before but it's
been a long time since i used Hiarcs program. I'am sure that any of the programs
running on Chessbase GUI will be similar.
