AFAIK the old Gambit.tbk wasn't designed to work with Tiger 15. It was designed
to work with Gambit Tiger 2.0.

However although using swap.bat will change the name of the books and it appears
that the gambit.tbk renamed ct.tbk works the book moves will not display in the
book window.
