I can tell you that CT15 is not afraid of the fastest time controls.

Do not forget that I keep a close eye to the results of the engine on very slow
hardware like the Palm (68000 @33MHz).

The engine is designed and developped to perform optimally at any time control
on any kind of hardware (at least hardware that is currently in use, from the
fastest PC to the slowest Palm).

I KNOW Chess Tiger 15 performs as well at fast time controls as at long time
controls. I have worked a lot to achieve this result.
