I added a small amount of code midway thru the rebel/crafty nps match to help
with this.  But it has never been "tuned" while the normal time allocation has
been tuned over 5 years or so now...  I probably should tune this to avoid the
problem, but I simply don't play without thinking on the opponent's time, and
therefore never have/take an opportunity to adjust this...  and either crafty
will use too little time, or too much time, although I have no idea in which
way I "bias" the error...

But I think I'll at least look at it...
