When I started messing with chessprograms myself, I got preety hooked up with
it. Very determined to write a chess program oneday, I started gathering a
boatload of information and source about chess programing from everywhere.
I got too excited about the idea, and easily went ahead of myself :), but unlike
you, i got discouraged very quickly, mainly because of the fact that, to me it
seems, "everyone is doing it".

So sticked with just enjoying the chess programs :).

Nowadays, I spend more times reading articles on robotics; I am currently
working on a design to convert my "Chevrolet Impala" car model to a flying
device, that can be controlled remotely... ;)
