I think that the most important, when You do something, is too have plainty of
free time. When I started writing my chess program, I was basically out of work.
Without reading any description, or theory about chess programming, I enjoyed to
discover everything alone. It is true that I never put into my program opening
and hash but it was mainly about final touches. Close to reaching the end in it
my work restarted and I was back making my living.

Time, will and presence of needed hardwire (often money that You need to reach
it) will bring You everywhere that You like to be. Capacity of making everything
in this world is compfortably exagerated to make our chance for success more
real that we ever expect.

Cheers,
Leonid.
