There is no win. White still could try a crazy plan to -playing on zugzwang- prepare an eventual rupture by means of b3-b4 and after ...axb4, then a4-a5 in the queenside, but then its king should be unable to go after the pawn on a5, as -in that eventuality- its bishop will be unable to stop two distant Black passed pawns.
